AI Document Drafting

Generate structured, evidence-based documents for opportunities, solutions, experiments, and any other card type using AI and customizable templates. AI combines your workspace data (cards, insights, comments) with template instructions to create comprehensive documentation that links directly to source data.

How It Works

Workspace Data + Template + Your Context = Evidence-Backed Draft
  1. Select a Template: Choose from your organization’s templates or start blank
  2. Add Context (optional): Provide additional details not in Vistaly
  3. Generate: AI creates documentation following your template structure
  4. Refine: Edit and polish your draft to perfection
AI automatically sources context from surrounding cards by leveraging relationships, associated insights from interviews, feedback, integrated metric data, and team conversations.
Key principle: When evidence is missing, our drafting experience explicitly acknowledges gaps and points out where information is thin. When there’s rich information, links are automatically generated to interviews, feedback, conversations, and more.

Available in three places:
  1. Card Description Editor - Generate documentation for any card
  2. Jira Integration - Draft issue descriptions when creating Jira tickets
  3. Linear Integration - Draft issue descriptions when creating Linear issues
