Company Description

The company description field provides important context about your business that AI uses to deliver more relevant and accurate results throughout Vistaly. How AI uses your company description:
  • Documentation generation: When using AI to draft PRDs, solution briefs, and other templates, your company description helps the AI understand your business domain, industry, and product focus to generate more relevant content
  • Interview insight accuracy: AI uses your company context to better understand and extract insights from customer interviews
  • Cross-interview insight mapping: Your company description helps AI identify patterns and connections across multiple customer interviews
What to include: Provide a clear description of your company that covers:
  • Your industry and market
  • Your product focus and core offerings
  • Your target customers or user base
  • Your company’s mission or value proposition
Example:
Acme Inc. is a B2B SaaS company building project management software for distributed engineering teams. We focus on helping remote teams coordinate complex software projects with real-time collaboration tools and automated workflows.
The more specific your company description, the better AI can tailor its outputs to your business context.

Accessing Settings

To access your organization settings:
  1. Click on your profile icon in the top navigation
  2. Select Settings
  3. Choose the appropriate settings tab from the sidebar
Some settings tabs are only accessible to organization owners or editors. Viewers have read-only access to most settings.
